Provide a full range of full-time, on-site Quality Assurance services for the Santa Rosa Ranch School Project. The purpose of this service is for this role to provide various functions as described below including but not limited to coordinating, reading plans and specifications, monitoring, documenting, and reporting on construction contractor quality control activities relating to construction safety, progress, and testing.
