MEDCOM Healthcare Facilities Technical Support

Our incumbent serves as the Directorate Administrator supporting the staff of the MEDCOM Facilities efforts as the Action Officer (or Data Analyst). They coordinate and monitor staff actions to identify and resolve problems, and to assure that final decision type documents have been properly staffed within the appropriate Garrison Command chain. Program oversight within AO includes managing ​TMT taskings, organizing Directorate calendars, supporting the Army Fisher House program, administrative requests, mail control, scheduling travel, tracking training, reviewing lease documents, financial disclosure forms, supply orders, and project analytics.​

Bodwé personnel offer computer systems administration and database support. In addition to conducting data analysis, including design and software use, implement database changes and install upgrades, our personnel troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems and system anomalies. Our team members also provide​ overall systems administration to manage, analyze, maintain, and prepare data for MEDCOM G9. Finally, our personnel provide data, quality checks, analytics for meetings, ​reports, and other government deliverables, and support for operational technical requirements as directed by MEDCOM G9.
