High Point Provisioning Center

Noo-Kayet Investments, the economic development arm of the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe, chose Bodwé to design a new provisioning center on the S’Klallam reservation. The new facility is part of a larger master plan developed by Bodwé teams Seven Generations Architecture + Engineering and WBK Engineering.

The new facility, which replaced an existing modular building located on a site near the tribe’s existing convenience store, features improved sales floor amenities, additional inventory space, and a new consultation area for customers.

The design team was responsible for determining current space deficiencies and identifying additional space needs. Deliverables included developing a site plan, building floor plan, roof plan, exterior elevations, specifications, and cost estimates.

In addition to an improved customer experience, the new High Point Provisioning Center facility features an improved staff experience as well. A loft space above the main sales floor, a lounge area for staff, ample space for inventory, and state-of-the-art climate control systems are all included in the new facility's design.
