Mno-Bmadsen, the investment enterprise and a wholly owned instrumentality of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi, commissioned our design professionals to create a financially viable concept for the construction of an office building in Dowagiac, MI.
The 11,100 SF office was designed to serve Mno-Bmadsen as well as Chi Ishobak, a Certified Native Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). The two-story building will contain a large office suite and conference room on the first floor, and a smaller suite with more individual offices on the second floor.
